昨天帮一位病人检查膝盖,足部,足弓,发现她的膝盖骨下方的 肌腱会疼痛。每当她上下楼梯,做深蹲运动时,会感受到刺痛的感觉。

经过检查,诊断她为轻度的髌骨肌腱炎Patellar Tendinitis,以及髌下脂肪垫炎 Infra patella fat pad Irritation.

I am able to lift up the shoulder and wear clothes – Madam Chong

Madam Chong fell down and suffered Shoulder pain since few months ago. During the first visit, she had difficulty to lift up her right shoulder in all direction and claim difficult to wear clothes.

After the assessment done, we found she had tightness over her shoulder and neck muscles.
